How to report a bug:

1. Copy the URL of the page that contains a bug into the first text box.
2. Describe the bug in as much detail as possible in the second text box.
3. If you are comfortable with sharing, enter instructions on how to contact you in the last text box. This can be either an email, or a social media username w/ the social media specified (see example)

I only ask for contact info so that i can follow up on bug reports if necessary! Contact info will be redacted from any publicly avaliable data.
This can also be filled as a feedback form, just write "feedback" in the first box and your feedback/idea in the 2nd.

How to submit an image source:

1. Copy the URL of the image into the first text box (right click on the image & select 'copy image link')
2. *Copy the URL of the image's source into the second text box.
3. Specify which platform the source was posted on.

*If the image is from the secret stash document, just write the page that it's found on instead.

How to volunteer to help maintain PAFLshrine:

1. Write whatever you want to be called in the first text box.
2. Write your email in the second text box.
3. Write your username in the third box.
4. Select the social media your username is associated with. If you are active on multiple platforms, just select the one you use the most.

An email is not required if you also provide a social media username, but it is preferred as a backup line of communication just in case the username is mispelled or changed. The social media you provide will be used to contact you, so make sure you check your direct messages. Discord is my preferred mode of communication regarding PAFLshrine.
You can submit this form multiple times if necessary.
